Adeladia is one of my favorite wineries in Paso Robles is Adelaida. A family owned winery they have 2000 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Zinfandel, Viognier, and one of my favorite grapes Touriga Nacional! I went to this winery for the first time five years ago and in those five years the tasting room has quadrupled in size. The hospitality and quality of wine (especially for value for money) is spot on!

I was with a group of 7 very different people with palettes across a broad range and this was our favorite of the day. It is also the only place we all bought the same bottle of wine, the HMR Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir. This 33 acre vineyard was established in 1964 making it one of California’s oldest continuously farmed plantings of Pinot Noir.

If you get a chance get a bottle of Adelaida or visit! You will NOT regret it!
