Vines in the fall off of Westside Rd.

Thank you all for following along while I featured Westside Rd in Healdsburg California.  So, if I had just one day to visit what would my itinerary be and what would I plan to visit?  I’m lucky if I can make it to three wineries in a day with how much I like to sip, enjoy and take it at a leisurely pace, so I would plan to visit three wineries, and that itinerary is below.  For those of you that like to pack in as much as you can, I have a four-winery itinerary below as well.  I’ve chosen both of them based on access, ease of doing them, and to make it as approachable as possible

Westside Rd in Three Wineries

Morning – DaVero

Step back into Italy and enjoy the farm, the Italian varietals, and a truly unique experience.

Afternoon – Gracianna or Landmark Vineyards

If you’ve packed the picnic go to Gracianna, taste, grab and bottle and enjoy or better yet enjoy your picnic while tasting!

If you haven’t packaged  a picnic go to Landmark Vineyards they will build ou a picnic basket provide a blanket, cheese board with knives and wines glasses for use for $40 per person

Evening Bacigalupi or Moshin

If you went to Gracianna I suggest backtracking back to Bacigalupi.  If you absolutely need to continue in the same direction pop over to Moshin. DaVero and the afternoon stop will take a bit of time and you won’t be able to make the last appointment at Gary Farrell.

Westside Rd in Four Wineries

Morning – Twomey Winery

I would start my morning with the beautiful views and patio tasting at Twomey.

Next Stop – Bacigalupi

Taste the true history of Napa and the famous Chardonnay grapes!

Evening:  Gary Farrell or Moshin

If you don’t have a dog or kids head to Gary Farrell, note a reservation will be required. You can always book the latest one that they have, which would be the Elevation Tasting at 3:30pm (note this time books up fast)!

If you do, head over to Moshin.
