LVE or Legend Vineyard Exclusive is a partnership between John Legend (yup, our favorite singer of “Ordinary People”), and Raymond Vineyards (part of the Boisset Collection – Buena Vista, Deloach, JCB, Louis Bouillet, Bridge Valley, etc.). LVE wine launched in 2015 and currently has a couple Rosés, a sparking rosé, a sparkling Brut Bland de Blancs, a chardonnary, A red blend from Santa Rosa, and a Cabernet Sauvignon. The LVE Collective is a subscription membership wine club, but I have seen the LVE Rosé at wine bars and even in my local grocery store.
I recently tried the Côtes de Provence Rosé. It isn’t awful, but it isn’t amazing either and I think they hype has the bottle incredibly overpriced ($25). You can get a much better bottle of Provence Rosé at a much cheaper price. Personally, I would (and have) chose Leoube ($20) and Berne (I just got 6 bottles for $15 each) Rosés over this one and those are much cheaper!
🍇 25%, Cinsaut, 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah
🥴 12-13 % APV

👃 Peach, Apricot
🍷 light tannins, crisp and dry
⏳ I would drink it now
💰 $25
📝 It is drinkable, but I’d go with other Rosés
